i came across this redhat version 4.1 boot cd in one of my many mysterious stacks o’ disks. i popped it in, and it wasn’t too pretty. all i got was a bunch of green and blue question marks when i did an ls. the cd is pretty dirty… i wonder if i can restore it and actually get something off it [@flickr]
hrm. i need to create a new tag cloud that can pull from various sources ( del.icio.us, flickr, etc )… i think i also need to go through and cleanup my current tags :

i’m finally caught up with all of dave wellington’s serial novels.
- frostbite ( werewolves )
- monster island ( zombie trilogy, part1 )
- monster nation ( zombie trilogy, part2 )
- monster planet ( zombie trilogy, part3 )
- 13 bullets (vampires )
- plague zone ( zombies )
each serial novel is 60 chapters long. the first five in the list are already done, and you can read them online for free or buy a printed version of the serial. plague zone is currently up to chapter 40, and it’s still being written on a daily basis. one of the best parts of david’s serials is the fact that readers are encouraged to leave comments.
i probably read 80% of his works on my tmobile wing. either from bed, my couch, poolside, or even in various airports. and i didn’t have to spend a dollar or go to a library to pick up a book. but then again not everyone wants to sit on their phone or computer to read a book. if you’re looking for some well written horror novels, now you know where to go.
